The company sends a representative to present service standards.
The company schedules an on-site survey to assess the area, evaluate potential risks, identify necessary equipment, and prepare a job description.
A service proposal and pricing are prepared and presented to the customer.
If the customer agrees to proceed, a service start date is scheduled.
Step 2: Preparing Contract Documents
The company prepares the contract draft and sends it to the clients for review. Once reviewed, and if there are no amendments, or any amendments are agreed upon and corrected, the company prepares the final version of the contract for the clients to sign.
Step 3: Preparing Security Personnel and Equipment According to the Contract
Recruitment officers will post job advertisements to recruit security personnel in the nearby area, using platforms such as Facebook and the company website. The recruitment process also includes recommendations from current employees.
Applicants are screened through interviews to assess their personality, professional attitude, drug testing, and criminal background check, in compliance with the Security Business Act B.E. 2558 (2015).
Once selected, the security personnel will undergo training according to the standards set by the Security Business Regulatory Committee, under the security training course guidelines (B.E. 2560), followed by a pre-deployment orientation.
Trained security personnel, along with necessary equipment, will be sent to the assigned location for duty.
Step 4: Commencing Duties and Maintaining Service Standards
The quality development officer will accompany the staff on-site to provide job training based on the job description and assess the performance.
A patrol officer will visit the location 3 times a week to address any issues and work with the client in managing any problems.
The quality development officer will provide monthly refresher training and skill development at least once a month based on the assigned training topics or as needed for the job site.
The company’s management will meet with the client to summarize the service’s overall performance, assess client satisfaction, and ensure the continued effectiveness of the service, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
